Greatly enjoyed my excellent stay in my visit to all places of Japan. The location was unbeatable there, in a quiet residential area of Matsumoto. What's more, it was near a hill, a special nighttime Hanami festival, and the centre of town in the suburbs.

The staff at this ryokan were extremely attentive and eager to please, almost like having your very own personal tour guide. Our dinner experience was like a symphony of flavors, with each dish being meticulously explained and served, making us feel like we were dining with a Michelin-starred chef. The traditional Japanese futon bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud, providing a level of comfort and relaxation that hotels with regular beds simply cannot match. The indoor mineral hot spring was a sanctuary of tranquility, offering a soothing retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beautiful traditional garden added a touch of serenity to our stay, making it the perfect place to unwind and find inner peace.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the location was quiet and peaceful. The mountain views from the window were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service during our stay.
The prices were not in line with the quality of the meals. the location was quite far from the attractions we wanted to see, which made it less convenient for exploring the area.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this traditional Japanese hotel. the kaiseki dinners and breakfasts were exceptional, and the private onsen added a nice touch to our stay. the staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing recommendations for local attractions.
The location was a bit distant from some tourist sights, requiring taxi or bus rides to get around. the noise level from the nearby street was a bit disruptive at times.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the traditional Japanese hospitality was on full display. The ryokan itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. I especially enjoyed the onsen, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. I felt like royalty throughout my entire stay. The location was also convenient, with nearby attractions and shops just a short walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
